What an open frame gives you
Legroom is unobstructed, so a chair with arms can roll in and out all day without catching on a leg. Cleaning is easier too, because a mop or vacuum can reach right under the desk. With clear sight lines beneath every desk, a whole floor of them looks airier than the same layout with solid ends.
What to plan around
An open frame has no side panel to screen legs or bags, and no enclosed upright to carry cables. Plan for a separate spine or tray from our cable management range. If privacy is a priority, panel end desks include a solid side, and cable managed desks run power inside the leg.
